A Tribute to ABBA
ABBA is one of the most successful bands of all time, consistently topping the charts since the ’70s. Their music transcends generations, because it touches on universal topics of love, heartbreak and even social issues. They are currently touring in the UK and Agnetha Fältskog is relaunching her solo career, so they continue to perform music and be as relevant as ever.
The Swedish band’s fans will get to reminisce and enjoy some of their catchy bangers, such as “Chiquitita”, “Waterloo”, “Fernando” and “Mamma Mia”. These songs make you want to dance and sing along and the talented musicians of Listeso String Quartet will definitely “lay all their love” on Miller Hall and do the band justice.
Take out your favorite ’70s pieces from the closet and get ready to boogie with ABBA’s upbeat hits! You’re in for 65 minutes of disco, nostalgia and glamor! The shows are scheduled for 6:30pm and 8:30pm at The World Forestry Centre’s Miller Hall. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of the concert, so you have plenty of time to snap a few pictures of the gorgeous location and find your seats.
